By using our apartments you agree to the house rules.

1. Check-in / Check-out times Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Earlier or later check-in/check-out is only possible on request. Please inform us one day before check-out. When leaving the apartment the lock must be secured twice (code entry required).

2. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our apartments. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony with the door closed or outside the building. Continuous smoking that disturbs other residents is also forbidden. Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fine of €200. If odour removal is necessary in the accommodation (for example cleaning of curtains or upholstery), you will be charged for the costs.

3. Noise and parties Parties and excessive noise are not allowed. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 07:00. Any excessive noise must be avoided. In case of breach we reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund.

4. Photography and filming Commercial photography and filming without our written permission, as well as the practice of prostitution, are strictly prohibited.

5. Number of guests Overnight guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted.

6. Pets Pets are not allowed. In case of non-compliance a fine and the costs for additional cleaning will be charged.

7. Keys and belongings Lost keys and items must be replaced by the guest at their own expense.

8. Damage Each guest is fully responsible for any damage, injury or loss that occurs on the premises or in the facilities during the stay. Any property damage must be reported immediately.

9. Agreement Booking the apartment constitutes acceptance of these house rules. Breaches of the rules make you fully liable for all resulting damages and costs.
